Gone are the days when you were supposed to install apps with cydia impactor and face the limitation of 7 days of signing. Interestingly there is an online signing service namely  appdb   which will take care of signing your apps without revocations and allow you to use the apps for atleast 1 year without interruptions and the best thing is it does it for you without the use of laptop/pc and just the mobile. Apart from that appdb allows you wide variety of tweaked apps in the form of IPA's ++ apps, tweaked apps, cydia app for which even you need not to be jailbroken. They have also introduced an interesting feature that allows you to upload your any ipa and get it signed for your device within no time and without the use of laptop/pc.  All you need to do is go to safari on ios device > click  appdb.store . > signup for the pro. you are done. iPhone X Failure To Ignite Passion Is Bad News For Tim Cook

Image
The iPhone X was expected to lead a resurgence in Apple’s market share through passionate fans and emotional engagement. While the iOS powered smartphone sales are on the rise, the phenomenal growth expected by the financial markets has not arrived. The promise of the iPhone X Super Cycle was a simple one . Although Apple would release a new wave of handsets that would iteratively build on the previous years handset, there would be a ‘super’ handset that would attract new users to the iPhone, that would encourage hold outs to upgrade to the eagerly awaited technology, and the increased sales on top of natural growth would act as a rocket ship to the overall market share. The former is the iPhone 8 family, that would replace the iPhone 7 family at the top of the regular tree; while the later is the iPhone X, Apple’s first smartphone with an OLED screen, facial recognition, and reduced bezels. Apple has pulled this trick before. In 2015 it launched not only the iPhone 6, but the

Tip #1: Delete Facebook and Messenger app. This is a well known fact that facebook and messenger app consume most of the battery on iphone due to its background processes. It may sound weird that facebook app consumes battery even if you are on Airplane mode. Tip #2: Use dark mode in apps that have it. The iOS interface is bright, lively and colorful – this particular aspect of Apple 's software experience isn't customizable. Apps, however, can follow any color scheme built into them by their developers. There's a number of popular apps that go for a darker look. Apps like Spotify, for instance, or iOS's own Clock app. Other apps give you a dark mode as an option. For example, Twitter has a Night Mode built into it, available from the Settings menu. So do Reddit, Wikipedia, and the cool Mini Metro game. Also, Amazon Kindle and Apple iBooks can display white text against a black background instead of the default black-on-white approach. S

New Crucial Vulnerabilities in Apple’s bluetoothd daemon

Image
As part of our platform research team in Zimperium zLabs, we investigated iOS mach message IPC, focusing on available services accessible from within the iOS sandbox. The goal of this effort was to assess potential opportunities to gain privilege escalation and escape the sandbox, which is a core part in a full iOS exploit chain. We found 2 crucial vulnerabilities in the  bluetoothd  daemon on iOS, webOS and tvOS as part of CoreBluetooth. The first vulnerability is memory corruption in bluetoothd and the other is execution of arbitrary code on different crucial daemons.  The first vulnerability ( CVE-2018-4095 ) is full relative (ASLR bypass) control on the stack in CoreBluetooth that leads to memory corruption over bluetoothd. The second major vulnerability ( CVE-2018-4087 ) leads to execution of arbitrary code on different crucial daemons   in iOS by hijacking the session between each daemon and bluetoothd. Some of the effected daemons are: SpringBoard, mDNSResponder,
